LFWE Day 4 28th Feb

As the final day of London Fashion Weekend kicked off, queues of fashion-lovers spilled out on King's Road for the last chance to enjoy what is always an exciting seasonal event.

The catwalk highlight was Scottish Designer Holly Fulton, who for the finale showcased her lively collection inspired by vibrant art and charismatic women.

Describing her work as "strong, graphic, luxurious, maximalism and contemporary", Fulton took inspiration from British surrealist Eileen Agar for her ss16 collection; which included: dresses trimmed with waves of tendril frills, neat pencil skirts, cropped jackets in starfish prints and embroidered denim flares.

To complement the look, International Artistic Director Philipp
Haug and the TONI&GUY session team worked tirelessly backstage to create a look of simplicity and elegance to work alongside the vibrant collection.

Hair was beautifully smooth and shiny, with a central parting which had a slight detail to one side, plus a few pieces pulled upwards to give a more edgy look.
Models' were prepped with label.m Volume Mousse and blow dried straight. The team glided the Titanium pro 50 styling irons over the hair to give a smooth shine. Hairspray was applied to set the look with a little touch of Therapy Oil Mist for that beautiful glow. To finish, a little bit of Texturising Volume Spray was lightly misted over to give slight texture and enable the detail to stand out.
So - that's it - another weekend dedicated to London's Biggest Pop Up concludes until September with the return of Fashion Fix's, backstage insight, runway shows and serious shopping!
